The "Outcast?"

It's hard to be strong when all you want to do is cry,
It's hard to be kind when those around you are cruel,
We are stronger then we think,
People say we are weak,
Yet we go on,
We push past it everyday,
Those people that are considered an outcast,
Have more a place then any other,
They know who they are,
Who they want to be,

They push past the rude comments filled with no conviction,
They have the power to stay the same as those around them change,
Those people around them pushing them down saying they are no good are wrong,
The "Outcast" are better then ever,

They stand their ground and stay strong,
They wake up everyday knowing what is ahead,

Yet they still go about that day,
So next time someone tries to be cruel to an "Outcast."

I love this poem. I live by this motto all the time. I also understand that everything and everybody in this life will serve their purpose overall good or bad. Every entity is apart of an overall process that is laying down the foundation for what has to transpire on God's chessboard. Great write. I admire your penmanship. :)
