What is it in real?

                   

     Every incident in your life

            small or large;
  black&white or  colorful ;
        torture or pleasure;
           alone or  solitude;
                hate or love;
                        
        gives small lessons like episodes .
      Connecting these episodes like dot
                            and
       carving your-self in the process is
                     my dear a
  MIRACLE.

I love how you are playing with the image of the poem, this is a fun thing to do with poetry. You might just want to add images in the poems with the word choices as well rather then using so many abstractions like hate and love. Show me what those words mean to you. The more of you that bleeds into the poem the more it is relatable to the reader.
