Vampire Wanting Heaven

Vampire Wanting Heaven

A Poem by SoullessPrincess

The silent dreams of loneliness
Tell a story no one knows
many sins silently confessed
And horrors of the soul

My lips turned red by my victims blood
I slowly Drown in my misery
I Call for help from high above

The hands that reach up are tainted
It's better to be unwanted
Than to be with the liars I meet

All around There’s Whispers
Warning me of my bad deeds
The voices saying "give it up,"
"You are already dead"

Dead to the dreams of romance I once had
Dead to nights of passion I once wished for
Dead to the sight of your face, that haunts me every day

So welcome to my playground
The tomb that I call home
No one ever comes around
I am always here and alone

Every sound I make are echoes
And is forever amplified, To my delicate ears

Liquid splashes against my cold ebony flesh
My tears are lost, into the soul I once had
