ENERGETIC LAZINESS

An over-crowded silence,
Fills me with dark fear,
Kaleidoscopic memories,
How did I get here?
Blood filled bullets searching,
Amongst my tears - hollow,
Is time still mine?
Can this soul shine?
Such answers I don't know.
An energetic laziness,
A life to understand,
An intrusion called confusion,
Held inside my plans,
Slowly it can heal me,
Someday will turn to night,
Goodbye my sun,
Walk find your run,
A new dawn sits in sight.

There is something to be said
for brevity. This poem is simply
stated and well appreciated by
this poet. I like your style
and I like this poem.

I like this and I'm not entirely sure why... I like it's simplicity, and I love the line 'walk find your run'. I like the hints of hope within the confusion and despair. Generally a good write.
