Finding Who I Am

Finding Who I Am

A Poem by Dante Balintyne

Theirs just to much flying around my mind

I am having trouble keeping my head on strait

I feel as if the thoughts are moving a million miles a minute

If I keep track of them all it will be a miracle

As I sit and try to relax

I let the thoughts flow through me

Trying to sort them out and think them through

I wonder if I will ever find an answer to my stress

Till now I have not found a way to relax

But now I can get so relaxed it makes me numb

I try so hard to clear my head and just be calm

I really think it has help me to know who I really am
