Finding My Way

Finding My Way

A Poem by Dante Balintyne

I try so hard and in so many ways

I just feel as if I am in a maze

I am lost not knowing which way to go

I try not to run and just take it slow

I wonder weather I am doing the job she wants me to

I feel as if she will have to tell me what to do

I let her give me orders and show me the way

Most of the time she lets me know what to do or say

I am her boyfriend but also her slave

There is nothing I won’t do for her even if she has to rant and rave

She can yell and scream all she wants to me

She knows she never has to lift a finger I get her all she needs for free
