Untitled 38

A Poem by DarkPoet

A million voices can't drown the deafening whispers of silence
When calmness becomes a colourful robe adorned by turbulence
An illusion of wholeness portrayed by shattered pieces
On the chandelier is where they say peace is

Faith can determine, change your fate
What can you give when you can't receive
Confidence is from the heart, appearance may deceive
It will be helpful to open the gates

You can not fake what you don't have
Intelligence or who you are
All seen things have hidden parts
Like being present when the heart is far

A face wearing a frown a heart full of love
I prefer to an open hands with hidden gloves
Words and actions outlive their owners
By them some remain eternal prisoners
