I PRAY

Today
I pray for strength to be true to yourself and others till the end
To be faithful,to be honest and never have to pretend
I pray for the courage to walk away
From places that diminish your worth each day
To be overtly in love with your self and your
company
May you remain open to the truth that you are special and worthy
And you need not do anything for love and acceptance
And when you go through life's tough seasons
To remain kind and humane may you still have a reason
May you be better than all those who have wronged you
May you make things right for those you have wronged
May you embrace the beauty of the pieces of your broken self
And muster the power to put them together and to a whole self
May you gently heal from those hurting parts
To change the kind of people you attract
May you always say this prayer everyday
Believing the universe has greater things coming your way.
