I Say It More

I Say It More

A Poem by Marlena
"

a love poem.

"

There’s pearlescent sand in your hair

And your eyes~

Jade and sea water, Love

You skin, carved and curved

You are silk in the hours we take flight

You are strong, metal and warmth

When I fall to sleep in those arms tonight

Muscled with veins and tendons and

Strips of pure power

The power I find only in you

A soft curved smile against my ear

Breath softer than fire light

You say~

I love you

I say it more.

Awe, this is simply lovely...It flows so easily, like soft movement of silk across skin with a gentle breeze from breathing.....
you always write wonderfully pumpkin:)

There's nothing wrong with sap. This is an endearing piece, Aveira. Corny to the last word, and truly worth the read.
