Sunshine

Sunshine

A Poem by Marlena

Whispered words and sweet lips

soft thoughts and tender skin

bed sheets draped across hips

and when words begin,

stumbling over each other

in a fumbled mess of laughter

it's morning, just another day

an easy, happy ever after.

All just a simple way to say "I love you".

Haven't posted in a while, I've got writer's block again. Just thought I could try being a sap, see what happens. I like the ending, what do you think?

I love it! Its so sweet and romantic. I love poems that give off this kind of mood. Good job. =) And I think the ending is perfect.
If you wanted criticism, all I would pick at is the length of the poem. But that really isn't a big deal.
