InsignificantA Poem by MarlenaShe's all alone when she walks through the halls fingers grab and push and she turns her head down and she doesn't look at you she hides and cries she doesn't want to be noticed but she really, really does. she can't lie to herself anymore she just wants some attention she wants to feel important but she knows she doesn't deserve it why? Because she isn't, she never really was people change and forget they change to forget and they forgot her, too so she's deemed herself unimportant tiny, insignificant and if someone remembered she'd feel loved so she'll dance around the edges of sight she'll be there but no one will see Because she was always there, all along and no one really cared enough to open their eyes and set her free. © 2009 MarlenaAuthor's Note
