I'm not the girl you used to know

the one you met, so long ago

Small, weak and sweet

so fragile but then, I was incomplete.

Let's fast forward a few years

together, you and I, forever

we've been through the worst,

Don't cry, wipe away those tears

Please, allow me to say it first-

I'm lost, I'm lonely

without you know, I'm scared and am unsure of what to do

but let me promise this,

when you're really gone, I'll be fine without you.

Call me a monster, I'm sure I am

but this isn't my fault, I tried

you're the one that lied to me and you let me fall

I'm not the girl you knew back then at all.

You really think you know me?

Well, that just goes to show

how blind you really were from the start,

My friend, I'm sorry,

but this is where our paths part.

Totally right. I've had those people I thought were my best friends but were really just off in space the whole friendship. Great write!

I like it but I think you should lose the rhymes on this one. There is also one or two grammar. It's harden and cut clear from emotions.
