The Abandoned Dream

This poem is about an abandoned trolley's thoughts :) x

I’ve been abandoned

Left to rot

Nobody cares

They’ve all forgot.

I've served my duty

Done my lot.

They left me here

And off they did trot.

Leaving me behind

On my little grass plot.

I don’t like it here

I’m not a robot

I do have feelings

Which hurt me a lot

I do have hopes

I do have dreams

It’s just a sad fact

That no one can hear my screams.
