Just Another Busy Day

Just Another Busy Day

A Poem by Sophster300

As the Trees whisper

And the road roars

As the Birds sing

And the rain pours

As the parents are at work

And the kids play out.

As the babies cry

And the teens shout.

It’s just another busy day

For people to laugh, work, and play

In their playground, also known as home

So many places for them to roam

On the streets or on the park

As long as they’re in before it goes dark

As the traffic quietens

The birds go to their nest

The Parents are now home

Having a well deserved rest

The rain starts to stop

The kids fast asleep

The noise level drops

The teens phones start to bleep

It’s just the end of a busy day

In England, Warrington, U.k.
