Date are available in a range of sizes, shapes which vary from different regions. There have been several researches which have shown that date is the long-established staple food popular for countless nutritional qualities and health benefits. Pitted dates are consumed in large quantities in the time of Ramadan when Muslims fast for a very long time. Dates fruit is used for breaking fasts and its sweetness which is unique prevents any individual from overeating once the fast is broken.
