Memories

Memories

A Poem by Sophia Adams 007

Walking past you,
Not a single glance,
Thought you knew,
All I wanted was another chance

People come and go like the rain,
Trying not to feel alone,
Your memories come back again,
And so the feelings unknown.

Never looked back,
You were strong,
Buts that's what I lack,
Because you are where I belong.

Knowledge of past is all that we got,
What happens in the present was never thought,
Now we're strangers,
That's all we ought.
