Crescendo And Fall

Crescendo And Fall

A Poem by Scarlet Letter
"

Let me know what you think.

"
Forsaken it stands
In the corner
Forgotten...
Hairs of metal run from one end to the other
Which way they start and end
Is a mystery
Alone it is useless
A piece of decor
Blending in to the canvas behind
But in a pair
They are beautiful
Wonder and expression
Memories new and old
Emotions from past experiences
And ones yet to be felt
Overflow as the two become one
In unison like the birds and the wind
Whispering their sweet music
Through the trees
And flowing over the rolling hills
All too soon it is over
The bond is broken
Forsaken it stands
In the corner
Forgotten...once more

I love art of all forms. The types I practice are writing, charcoal/oil pastels, music, photography, and more. Every time I look at something I see if it would be best as a picture, drawing, poem, or .. more..
