A Lesson in Humility

A Lesson in Humility

A Poem by Song of Mercy
"

In some ways this poem is about predjudism but mostly it's about humility.

"

Two trees stood together,
Neither liked the other.

On tree tall with majesty
The other tiny, a little tree

In time majestic took her fall
To build a house with a hall

The young tree stood frozen in place
Humbled by her future fate.
