DIPGA Poem by Sonakshi AroraHere is a poem about an incurable childhood cancer. Remember that these kids die. They have only nine months to live their entire life....
Let me tell you about a monster
That lives in little ones' heads Scaring them twice as possible Without being under their beds It leaves them very helpless Rendering their ability to even see And this is no made up ghost It is the real face of DIPG Two year olds or a fragile girl aged five DIPG doesn't seem to care And let me scream for once and for all This brutal cancer, it isn't rare. Girls or boys for all you know DIPG never discriminates. And what's sad is that at the end We know these innocent kids' fate. With proper research and resistance This monster can be defeated, I am sure. So for now let's all join hands And work together for a cure! -️-️-️ © 2018 Sonakshi AroraAuthor's Note
