Killed Creativity💔

It is mentally inundating...

She had thoughts raging through her mind
And creativity ran in her veins
But you stomped a stack of books on her
And it did give her a lot of pain
She drew rainbows on the last page
And maths was all about poetry
She had nothing to do with laws of maths
Euclid's geometry or Dalton's theory
She found solace in art class
Away from the books she had to peruse
The world of paints gave her peace
After the fat notes blew up her fuse
You would want her to study and top
And you mistook it for success
While all the things which could lift her up
We're exactly the once which were suppressed
You didn't raise a bright kid
Instead you killed all the things she drew
Without even realising once that
Deep inside you killed her too

ahhhh.... I really do understand what you mean when you say thick notes and heavy books. I love drawing and sketching but unfortunately I can only do that as a hobby now LOL. I have always hated math class like *bleghggg* . Oh well But I liked this poem. Keep up the good work >.
