My Funeral

I guess it's the end.. x__x

My mom just found my report card
And she looks pretty mad
But i don't think I should blame her
Because my grades are pretty bad

I totally failed maths
Because one plus two wasn't four
You're judging me for only one mistake
Wait till you hear more

You should read my G.K paper
I wrote that dogs meow and cats bark
And I don't care what the map says
But Britain's capital isn't Denmark?!

They asked to describe the American War
So I mentioned how Hitler was a hero
I guess that wasn't the correct answer
Because my teacher had given me a zero


I wrote that the earth was flat
And that the sun was a satellite
But I think my teacher doesn't know
That what I wrote was completely right

She gave me an F
and asked to call my parents
I guess she wanted to tell that
I was pretty intelligent

Well now my mom has started to shout
What will she do next , I just don't know
But let me invite you in advance
For my funeral which is going to be tomorrow

it's so hilarious one, sonakshi... this morning i was bit depressed but it made me laugh and still i am laughing... cant stop... god, help me out... and you know what it took me in flashback wherein my own younger sister got report card... though she was a meritorious student but was weaker in calculations and thats exactly you have mentioned in this... one plus two cannot be four... hahaha... marvellous job done...enjoyed a lot reading this...

Girl, I feel you so so much! It's so relatable and so good. I know the pressure is too much, last year had been the worst. I just completed my 10th class exams, in march, and I know that I did pretty bad in my maths one. I've even cried too, just thinking about the results.
I seriously can't believe that a piece of paper can do so much to ourselves. Well, I just wish you good luck, and I pray to God that you pass out and whatever happens, it ends up in a happy ending for you. By the way, love the poem!
