Like A Souls BreathA Poem by Someshwar GurumathI do not wish to reveal the sense of poem through descriptionThe leaves of grass, Awaits the sunrise, To reopen a shut-eye, Through the soft touch. The barren ground, searches for nectar from the clouds, That might aid in the emergence of little life. An empty sheet of paper, Always with its heart open, listening to the tale, Without passing judgment Stars above a whisper, secrets to the moon, To enlighten the servitude, with the priceless planet Indeed, everything is destined. Destiny is everything. One-to-one, Other than the one of the one And mine is you, You are the only mine, A light in the woods And a pearl in an oyster. I can sense your breath, like a river flowing into the sea. I've started residing with you, like a soul inhabiting a body. I'll be there for you, as the ages pass, In both the dark and the light, like a souls breath
