The Tapestry of Forestry

The Tapestry of Forestry

A Poem by SomeonesParamour
"

I admire the beauty of an ancient forest and words seem to be a better way to present it than pictures really do.

"

Sunlight shines above my head

But not a ray can burn my skin

The leaves of the tall trees gaurd me

Much like a royal heir

And I am secretly smiling

Half for the treatment

Half for the beauty

Trees stand tall in their everlasting gaurd

Their rough bark protecting and providing for its citizens

Brush is much the same

Deep and winding

Perfect for hiding in

And the forest itself is the same

Large and winding with secrets

And answers

Ones of which the human race will never know

How do we provide life in our death like a tree does?

Letting the living live off their trunks as they slowly die

How can a place where sunlight merley falls in droplets

Contain so little fear?

And after all that thought
Within the forest

I merley come home with dirty shoes

And memories of the fine architecture

I love the reflection and the thought in this. But you need to use spell check and put a lot of attention into the punctuation. Overall I like the tone and mood.

hope this helps :)
