A Sea Assault

A Sea Assault

A Poem by Solilokiss

I see the sea,
The sea, I see!
She said, as she,
The sea, she saw;
The waves, they'll roar
Right over me!
A roar that pours
And thaws the core.

I'll dip my toesies,
Pop a posie,
Think I'll dance!
She squeals with glee
And as she did
She did just that
I felt my hat
Fall to the sea

Feels like a lotion!
Of emotion;
Waves that tumble
Taste like wee!
I think she meant
Well her intent
Is that she's bent
Over with glee!

A big, big wet!
A wet so big!
Her arms project
From here to there
And I was taken,
Summer set,
As her big wet
Washed all my care

All the gulls
And guys at sea
They feigned to faint
There, close to she
The gulls they gawked
Crabs learned to walk
And yet they never
Noticed me

Ocean potion
Of emotion!
I'm in the sea!
A sea of salt!
As she danced
My heart in motion
Began by chance
To feel a jolt!

A fever rose,
Swam to my top;
For she sure made
That sea look hot!
I flicked my shoes,
I slipped my socks,
And to her side,
Did I now bolt!

We danced, we kissed,
We touched the sky
There, by the sea,
Where she was mine
I never saw
My friend again
That day that she
She saw the sea

Yet, on those shores
Where she first swam
Forever, she
Waves over me

Beautiful. The way you write what you see makes the images blend smoothly in our minds in one whole picture. Astonishing description and vivid imagery.
