TomorrowA Poem by Solilokiss
Viewers on the sidelines, they asked me
Girl, where you walking to? In furrowed brow, consistency, I said I'm walking toward you. A place some call Tomorrow, A myth as Troy, a paradise, To Atlantis without a compass I said, 'I sure could use some good advice.' I've lost my way, the way to Go To find you, my Tomorrow. Your rolling greens, and summer things, Your golden days, oh sorrow. A wise man yelled only time would tell 'Said your heart's the compass, burrow! Dig a little deeper, find your faith. Close your eyes and in your wake, Soon you will see Tomorrow. Dry your eyes sweet meandering Tomorrow comes on graceful wings See her vision before you now? Fly upon the wings of How. Claim the eagle, that bird of Gold, And soon, Tomorrow, thou shalt behold. The compass, your heart, must fly! Tomorrow arrives to all who try. © 2013 SolilokissReviews
