Sad

It's a simple poem describing the time I was sad.

I am sad,

And that is not bad,

I might not be glad,

But I'm not mad.

I always approve of efforts to look at the bright side, for attitude is everything. As a former mental health worker, I have seen people who were sad, mad (in both senses of the term) and at times, pretty damned bad.
