I did a double take
She's so beautiful
She made my heart ache

I did a double take
The second time around
She was in a black dress
It was her favorite gown

I did a double take
Third times the charm
Homecoming's soon
take my arm

I did a double take
She's crying in the cold
He yelled get out
She did as she's told

I did a double take
By now I've lost count
Because by day she kisses him
But at night
All they do is fight

My last double take
Because she never heard
When I said I loved her
But now she's his

Wow! Nice piece, unfortunately the end is not so nice. I had a similar situation the
other day and wrote about it, called in walks an angel, hope you check it out. Thanks for sharing
