It's funny. I remember as a kid arts & crafts were always a coheisive thing, in the spirit of pure ingenuity. You could write a poem or finger paint, and either one would get hung on the fridge.
I got older, and learned that we've segregated these creative acts into one or the other, for instance I hear constantly that 'writing is a craft, not an art'.
And while I can understand this, it sort of pokes at something deep inside.
That creative source, and longing to release your own internalized vision of beauty on the world shouldn't be as catalogued as it is.
I love this, it reminds me that inspiration is one in all.
