Make it stop, make it go away.
Can't handle for another day.
Disappointments and rejection.
My knees are bending in submission.

Stop this misery I cannot bear it.
One more thing will kill me I swear it.
The lies, the stories the tales are horrid.
All these rumors and turn me morbid.

Why can't you just shut up?
Why can't you just let it go?
I don't want to hear anything.
Just let me suffer slowly.

I feel the darkness closing in.
I feel like there's nowhere to turn.
I feel my body sagging and pained.
From the torment my soul is maimed.

Make it stop, make it leave me alone.
Why can't it let me go just for a song?
Let me heal for the rest of my life.
Or else I will take it myelf, I can't do this.
 

One day I won't have to put up with,
your rules, reason, voice, face.
You give me disappointments and only that.
Get out of my face, get out of my sight.

 

Author's Note

I just can't deal with anything that's happening right now, I just want to cry, eat myself inward and disappear. That's the only thing I want right now. Screw the boyfriend, screw the homecoming date, the dance, the everything. I want to be a little girl again in daddy's arms, knowing that everything is safe and sound, that no one can hurt me, no one can make me upset, because daddy's hugging me, his snuggle bunny.
