BirdsA Poem by Sofiko Emiry"Magical creatures"
Near my house on the palm tree
There is a noise of chirping birds Every morning my heed goes thin To intervene to the discords After some time I noticed, they speak Started to listen to their twittes They were loquacious and pristine As cherubim,as cherubim I believe they have been lead A discussion And were so keen To convey something; To each other's beaks Repeating divine and soothing beats Frisking from one to another leave Amplifying significant peeps They smelled and sounded free Flying wings, flying wings; I am amused by grace of lord So generous in meaningful words And thankful for giving birth To liberal and brave birds. © 2014 Sofiko Emiry |
