Film Noir

Film Noir

A Poem by Sofiko Emiry
"

"Colorful deceit"

"
Colourful universe was circling around
Joyfully depicted in my youthful eyes
I never minded in the same time
Black and white colourless dyes...
What it was?!
Providence;
Monotonous time
Of future...
Or aim of wit to show nurture of the soul
Where it leans..
In black and white..
Or they are a golden mean...
Comprehending the glaring truth...
"If no one sees the colours
They don't exist"...
Black and white spins
Dressings of our aura...
When I looked at film noir
I felt a slip
In non existent palettes
Of rainbow...A stir
I thought It was I
But no...
It was they who executed me
Forbidding colourful beams of "now"..
Opressed sprout opresses even more
And black ground tries to dye it
To the white..
Giving gist and mercy..
Or vivid lies...ludicrous..
But no..
Film noir always stays
Loyal to its own rules
Through the prism of transparant
Non existent pallets of rainbow
To Its simplest colours of two..
