The reversed science of passionA Story by Nurhanne Hassan
The thing is.. I appreciate art. I appreciate it beyond belief. I used to have this cheesy notion that the core of my existence is..you guessed it! Art. Like, if they open my soul, they'll be faced with guitar chords, piano notes, violin sonatas and sweet serenades, surrounded by captivating paintings and and breathtaking graffiti of meaningful and meaningless poetry, in all the languages in the world. Books would be fluttering around like restless birds waiting to be read. That's how I much I appreciate art. Some people break down the world into maths and science, I break it into art. Love isn't 1+1=2. Love is merely a spiritual dance between two souls, an invisible song only those affiliated can hear! Whether they're just one, two or three people. It's a painting that can only be understood by your supposed soulmate. Love can't be measured in numbers nor be derived using equations. I don't want to be just another person treading this earth and living for his numbers. I want to create art. I want art to bridge what's been broken by science and numbers. I want people to strengthen their intuition and know what they love, not love what they know. I want people to tune in with their own choreography, to appreciate their rhythmic breaths that are willing to make a difference. I want people to look wads of cash in the face and tell them to piss off because they wouldn't let them ruin their lives anymore. You can calculate your body in numbers, 18 years, 76 kilos, 16 breaths per minute, but you can't identify who you are by these alone, it's what you do with these numbers, once you listen to your own voice, once you figure out your capabilities and limitations, once you loft your palm and touch your own soul, right then you'll be able to make choices based upon what you want, not what you should want. Passion is the keyword for success, all the numbers in the world can't save you without passion.
