Daydreaming Possibility

Daydreaming Possibility

A Poem by K Antonacci

A boarding house.

One that collides dreams with lack thereof

And a learning facility that no one

Seems to understand.

I feel as though i parallel.

There are things about myself

That i may never understand.

I hope to unlock them,

And share the light with those around me.

I want you to envelope my theories.

Like blankets strewn across the

Couch on the coldest night of the year.

When the rainrops are suicidal

And jumping to the ground, escaping reason.

Is that what killers try to do?

Escape?

I wish to escape,

Does that make me a killer?

If i want to take down this force

Which i belong to, am i lethal?

Sucha self-contemplative write that brings to light some very difficult questions that only the narrator can truly answer if they are able to look into themselves although this can be a trying task. Well expressed. Thank you.

quite a collection of questions and perceptions, of both the external and the self. i enjoyed this... made me think

"There are things about myself

That i may never understand"

i love that line. it's always so poignant, and the way you placed it here worked really well
nice job my dear
hugs
