Eden

"

In my heart lies Eden.

Pasteurized to the fullest.

Untouched by forbidden fruit.

Shelled to provide security.

In this place possibilities are true.

Ready to sprout into action.

I knew of its existence once I opened to the world.

Showing its gapping core.

Thin and humble.

After the rains empty into Giza.

My soil doesn’t get stepped on.

It gets eaten.

Flow in the river of my excrement.
