void

void

A Poem by Carlton Rolle

Clouding the ways.

Meaningless titles rarely understand the whole.

Powerful gusts leave craters behind.

Hoping for a new entitlement.

But nothing stares back.

Just a gaping face.

Filled with the occlusion of light.

Haphazard in the descent.

Longing for non-exposure.

The void implodes.

Swirling brought it's inner light.

Kissed the stars, but not by flight.

Just will.
