This is such a sad poem. My heart really goes out to you :(
I was adopted at the age of five. I have these exact thoughts as you. I lost both of my parents, so I can relate. These questions really do hit you---- Why did you do it? Didn't you love me? All of the questions in the poem.
But trust me, if your Dad, in your case isn't their for you. Well it's his loss. He wont be in on raising an amazing kid :)
But I know it still hurts. Just remember it wasn't your fault. Your Dad left your life---- not you. Your Dad never visited----- not you. You didn't do anything. But I know the feeling, like it was your fault. But sometimes parents feel like it's their only way to love you--- letting you go. I'm not sure if this applies in your case but I think it did in mine :)
But stay strong. This will leave you scarred. But you will be able to conquer it & rise above!
