Sitting in the silence of the hospital room. Tragic thoughts pounded inside her head. Dead. Tears rolled down her cheeks. Dead. A sob escaped her lips. Dead. That word echoed painfully in her empty mind. He was dead. And there was absoutly nothing she could do about it. No matter how loud she screamed. No matter how hard she cried. Her whole world was dead. She closed her eyes trying to put some peace into mind with some rest. The screeching of breaks sliding on pavement filled her ears. Flying glass filled her vision. She quickly snapped opened her eyes and took a deep, qivering breath. Turning her head slowly she looked out the window to watch another day with out him end. Only this time no matter how long she waited, time would not bring them back together in this life time.
