His Angel.A Poem by Christina Ann Banana HamokA poem a friend and I worked on together for about three weeks, haha. Its hard to find one step after another, as the sunlight is taken, and now beneath night cover. The grass is wet, the dark so cold.. But for this one soul, a story to be told: Through rain and snow, and periless winds, the spirit of the heart, a love note he sends. His breath came in wheezes, gasps, and short sighes... ...but oh how it was worth it, to see his love's eyes? How long has it been? How long has he tried? How long has his heart urged his every stride? To him it, an eternity, to her a lifetime, but, this love, it was true, pure, and sublime. As this boy came up to the door, he heard a soft noise, his love on the floor. She lay sobbing, her bright eyes in tears, clutching his last note with all of her fears. Somehow or someway, the boy had entered, and gathered now where the girl lay centered. His eyes now calmed, his cheeks a soft scarlet... ..it was true love, he knew he had found it. He layed down now, softly behind her, and embraced this girl, and held lovingly tighter. The girl paused now, her final tears fell. And her face turned to blush, he was there, she could tell. He whispered I love you, she whispered it back... The sun now rose, erasing the black... She looked in his eyes, he looked into hers.. He was her savior, her pain, he cures. The sunlight shined through the house's windows, and the shared the love, no one else knows. The next day the girl had now disappeared... ..her parents counldn't find her, just as they feared. ...they only found a small love note... ...inside it was a poem that the boy had wrote: All she wanted was someone to love... ....and I saw from heaven..so far up above.. I dried all her tears, and took her from here.. ...this silly girl..she's all I hold dear..
Signed, This Silly Girl's angel...we share our hearts ..so forgive me please..we now must part... © 2008 Christina Ann Banana HamokAuthor's Note
