Stolen Sky

Stolen Sky

A Poem by Brooklyn

Where has the sky gone?
Where are the white, fluffy clouds?
That seemed to change shape.
Where is the ever changing colors in the sky
From blue to gray.
Where are the snow and rain?
Where is the bitter wind,
That makes my cheek pink?
Where do it go?
For I am trapped where the sky does not shine.
They have robbed me of the sky.

Thank you soooo much. I'm so glad you liked it
Words may be simple, yet the meaning falls deep.

Your words fall deeper than mine. They at your true self to come out. Thank you still.
This was simple yet very cute
