SpiderA Poem by Bransun Mitchellthis poem is about awareness and was inspiration from a dream that I hadSpider, spider, do you fright? When I dream you in the night, Questioning my conscious shame, Horned spider, what is my tasteless fate? Hath your spinning broke my fall? My navigation ‘tis at fault! Your focus comforts my thoughts, And feelings you so craft’ly sought. Meticulously you toil and place, The things I feel, I dream, my slate... You resurrect my thoughtful course, And to my own inclination. O’ creator of order, Reminder of awareness, Do you spin your fears away? Is your priority sound? Dewdrop illuminator, Whom make and sew my future, Spider of order and repurpose, Wake me, bring me a thought for today. © 2017 Bransun MitchellAuthor's Note
