The infanticide of man, who are we to decide the lives of infants whom not born yet to see the greed of man? Who are we to challenge life, yet to lose life itself?
The Tyranny of Man By: Adam M. Snow
The infanticide of man, who are we to decide the lives of infants whom not born yet to see the greed of man? Who are we to challenge life, yet to lose life itself? Such irony is God we seek, is the God we banished; yet we wonder why He has forsaken us: Not He, but we have forsaken Him. We tarnished the name for which man once stood, all for power of a corrupted mind and for money, the greatest sin of the Earth. We threw away the sanctity of marriage, the truth it once held; casting out God's plan for that of man. Love has no meaning, no truth but lies it is corrupted by that of man. So sad the greed this world now has, the rich of man to rob the poor. To love without a cost just for greed, to find laughter in today's bloodshed, oh how we are so blind to see, we are the end of man; the infanticide of the innocence of man, a victim of our own misdeeds.
"To love without a cost just for greed,
to find laughter in today's bloodshed,
oh how we are so blind to see,
we are the end of man; "
The above lines are true. Wasted and mistreatment of love and human life will be the downfall of the human race. I enjoyed the complete poem. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Man has not been innocent for centuries, but I agree wholeheartedly with the message you put into this. Man has corrupted that which was once held sacred. You can't fix it by wondering why it isn't sacred anymore.

oh how we are so blind to see,
we are the end of man; "

touchy subject these days in the forum of "political correctness" but as far as my heart tells me - you speak the truth and you speak an eloquent warning. We are the end of man because we place no value on life.
Well penned .
Interesting piece. Moral relativism has turned the whole world upside down. I like your lines "oh how we are so blind to see, we are the end of man;" We blame God for everything but if we truly have free will we have to take responsibility for the atrocities mankind has committed. Great read. Fantastic message Adam!
I loved this I mean as soon as I started reading the poem I wanted to send it to everyone I knew. I especially enjoyed the part with the "Such irony is the God we seek, is the God we banished." Every word and verse has so much power and truth to it that the message you convey needs to be heard or maybe everybody already realizes what you are saying but will not listen as "we are the end of man; the infanticide of the innocence of man." Well done, well done I love poems that aren't the same and aren't weak but, strong, different and just as well make a different.
