Bleeding Ink
By: Adam M. Snow

I lay naked, bleeding ink
with pages of forbidden text;
but though I'm ill yet cannot blink,
you mockery tongue had perplexed.

I clinched my fist;
the remains of my heart cries out,
"I may no longer exist!"
with my raging voice I shout.

Your blasphemy you had spoke,
shattered my bearing soul;
and by your voice my heart broke,
and it is my heart that which you stole.

Nice picture. Nice title. Nice beginning lines:
"I lay naked, bleeding ink
with pages of forbidden text;"
Love the ending two lines as well.
