Thunder

Thunder

A Poem by Mayflower

I heard a thunder rumble
And immediately thought of the
Girl who passed by my window
Some time ago.

I thought to myself,
Hope she's safe
And sound
In her home by now.

She probably didnt even see me.
Closing the curtains standing behind them,
Like a creep.

She probably has no idea someone
Thought of her
Hearing a thunder.

Someone wrote a few words even.
Life is strange.
People are complex.

One minute you think no one
Cares about you.
Next minute you think
Of a random stranger
And wish for their wellness.

This poem tells me what a caring person you are. Concerned about the welfare of another human being that you don’t even know. You show your compassion here. I like that. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, Chris! Means a lot :)
I liked your scribble, I do these kinds of things all the time, little prayers for passers by or an ambulance in the distance, just caring for fellow humans, we all need each other.
