NOT MERELY

NOT MERELY

A Poem by Sneh

The dusky
The smooth leather(skin)
Shines in every weather
Adore it, explore it
Detour it..

Eternal love
Infinite grace
Transcend till
Thou reach the space..

God's present it is
Luck is no defect
Attracting self
Is not crowd's act..

Secondary is world
Quest for jubilation
Look inward
No better imperfect perfection...

Not disregarding any angelic
Not equalising our features
Just examining the creatures
For this supremacist tendency...!

we are not merely skin, and imperfection is perfection...
the real truth is inside as to who and what we are...and what we are worth to ourselves and others...
those who find themselves too good to love others...those with supremacist views....will find themselves thrown under the bus in the end...powerful poem here Sneh

You are welcome my friend.
I believe that the evolution of life is a detour in response to an existence. underlying everything is a common thread; some call it various types of engineering and/or mathematics.... some call it religion... but I think those who truly grasp their chosen field realize that they are likely explaining the same things.
I really like where this poem took me.

Well thank you man :")
Skin is just an outer cover to keep all our bits in place
We all begin with perfection
Our daily life writes on it
Weather,; sun rain wind and snow
Dries it out, wets it

What matters is what is inside
What is in your mind

I try to be encouraging >> Or funny
Perfection is such a individualized perception. The funny thing is we are so driven by the need to belong. We try and mass produce opinions.
If we could teach our children and selves to find the beauty that we each possess maybe we would not need to tear each other down by finding their faults, but see the beauty in others.
Let me add the photo you picked is of a true beauty. That no one could deny.
