A Poem by Sneh
"

Relax!!

"
Look, god has amazed me
He sent down an Angel
Where overloaded is what cuteness,
and innocence had already taken place.

On a pinkish face
tightening lips and moving eyes
reminds me of those sweetest pies
And of course, their huddled body
beneath which rumpled sheet lies.

AH! their odour enshrines
the lord's best of best fragrance
and truly it compels me to kiss
dusk till dawn, right on their face.

The giggles they make, pure and raw
unbeatable till it hurt their jaw
Trust me,
they can do cycling, lying on bed
and make juice out of a piece of bread
But, when they cry
the universe cries
to dwell under such warmness, I can even die!

How lucky you, squishy cuties
no worries and no duties
free to release anywhere , your pees and potties!

I am your die hard fan
consider me in your crowded jam
can I just hug you, little lovebug
and place kisses, holding alike shrug!

A very nice and quaint little poem. A fair account of squiggyness! I'm not blessed, personally, to know this in my own life, but have witnessed many times through siblings' families and friends. Thank you for the Read Request. Take care my friend :)

It's so beautiful... It brings out exactly all the effects and feelings of love and loveliness of a baby.. Though I loved the entire write and every word... This childlike humor,
'How lucky you, squishy cuties
no worries and no duties
free to release anywhere , your pees and potties!'... I found the cutest

Keep up love.. And keep writing

Glad you liked it Ryanna. Thanks much!! :)
I am 62 & never had kids, so when I read poems about parenthood, I do not relate very much. Your poem, however, is quite different & original & interesting, becuz it shows a different side of parenting, with glimpses of having fun & feeling an ever-present longing for one's children. These are feelings I've never heard any parent describe this way & it really feels like you're letting me into your heart (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Thank you for such warm words and appreciation, this really means a lot. c:
This is absolutely lovely. Reads like a lullaby! Straight from a young mom's loving heart.
"... and truly it compels me to kiss dusk till dawn..." I understand those feelings. Even after they had grown up you still feel that way about your children.

From a doting mum

Blessed with a tender babe to love and care for
To teach and groom Until their teens

Then they take over
Their own life and yours

Lovely Sneh. I like babies too. They are so delightful, cuddly and cute. These lines have put a huge smile on my face. We gave no babies in my home, only teenagers :)
