GOOD-BAD DAY

Reluctance?
Ah, not a chance!
The lies hold for long,
Becomes the truth,
As miseries do too!

Gaining in a game, conquering
Losing in a flame, loitering
the flimsy emotions
Not concerned though!

Say as chess, ludo,
War or any mess
Turns, bring hope, wish
Vibrance and positive essence!

My presence is full of importance
Irrespective of crowd,
Squealing and burning their own grass,
Leave at it, unless time will get pass!

It's like, choosing,
Lavender or musk,
Based on the pleasing sense,
Same as,
Cries or giggles,
When you set with enchanting grace!!!

There lies a spirit of strength and individualism in these words. Empowerment to be your own in a world that is either at times against you or entirely indifferent of your very existence... When we realize the the thing that gives us the most strength is dependent on our own resolve and dedication, others be damned, the hard walks in life become a bit more bearable. Reading this made me feel these things. I enjoyed this very much.

At first, I wasn't sure if I liked all the exclamations. But upon rereading, I suppose it adds personality due to the forcefulness and assuredness of the words. To be very honest though, I'm still not quite a fan of the last line, especially with the triple exclamation points. Somehow, the words didn't fit with the overall tone and message before it. Nevertheless, I appreciate the bold encouragement to push on through the good-bad days like turns in a game.

This is amazing. The sound work throughout this piece is phenomenal. I must admit I'm not sure I understand a couple of lines, probably due to grammatical errors and unnecessarily placed commas. But the essence of the poem is simply brilliant! Well done!
