This piece makes me smile because of its inherent irony.
The word 'Laconilogue' does not exist in the English Lexicon, at least to my knowledge.
You have made it up, a derivative perhaps, but for good reason and with powerful meaning. I admire those who do.
Apologies for the linguist I am by origin, but:
If 'laconic' means 'using few words', and '-logue' a suffix meaning 'speech' normally associated with 'monologue' meaning 'long uninterrupted speech' you have cracked the world of saying everything by writing nothing!
'Scream it all without saying a word!'
Well you used seven but I will let you off on the grounds of good behaviour!
Whilst at heart a piece of irony, I can see a deeper meaning. But as you do, I shall keep it to myself.
No rather it is ' ' With my apologies for the unnecessary use of burdensome quotation marks, but I coudn't write it any other way!
With a smile of appreciation at an intelligent 'bon mot' and my kindest reagrds
