Stroke Signals

Stroke Signals

A Poem by Becca

Quills in flux morph

torching suspended stratum

Billowing celestial plumes

summon mitochondrial connection

Tempering expressive vision

shrouded in icy translucence

Melding our internal realms

ignites primordial consciousness

Author's Note

Becca
The quill becomes a torch to melt our suspended inner layers, strengthening expressive vision
shrouded in icy translucence...the yet unclear... of our soul. By sharing these worlds through writing we discover similarities and connect. Sometimes forming bonds for life.

I had to read it about three times before I understood it... it was very rich in big words... it paints a very vivid picture and is quite unique... for some reason, not known if it was your intention, but as I read it I saw the Horsehead Nebula... all the colors that make it look extremely hot but knowing in the back of my head that most of it s in fact frigid... it is quite a mind bender... very imaginitive.. terrific!

I had to read this a few times to really grasp the meaning or is it meanings? Very well done, I love the way you use uncommon words to express yourself. Thanks for writing this poem.

Mitochondrial connection..............hm, makes me want to ask what it is that you do, ;-) Love J James comments. You do say a mouthful here. I can do nothing but love this as exploring consciousness is something that I do daily.

We energize each other at the very basis of our inner selves... We read, we write, we comment, we encourage one another ... We meld.
