Aged woven baskets

brim of petals yet unwritten

A history seasoned flawlessly still

in the offing amidst shadows sleeping

Tender winds of awareness puff lucidity

gently strewing luminous expression

Awakening gifts of syntax in flight

alighting life's cobbled pathways

"Tender winds of awareness..." I could see your words and thoughts flowing tenderly....creating the "petals" as yet unwritten. This poem was like breathing for the poet. It was a soft oracle of worded thought overflowing from your "basket of plenty" and culminating ultimately in the eloquence that is your work.

I admire everything about this write. I love the imagery you painted; my mind's eye saw these aged woven baskets brimming with petals unwritten. I could see this history, seasoned flawlessly (brilliant imagery) sleeping in the shadows just waiting to happen.

History sleeping in the shadows, is history in the making - not quite ready. Every moment in history has its season. I saw a double meaning in (seasoned) This thought blew me away! Never too early, nor too late, but always on time!
