Bless my Family as You Take me Away

At the end of My Days 

Call all my family in Praise

form a prayer circle around me

Join hands and surround me

Pray that all you have learned about me

and you will not criticize me

As my journey was long and hard

I had my faults and asked for forgiveness

as I have forgiven others who 

have crossed my path

Only grace is good enough

To enter the pearly gates of Heaven

So you know Dear Family

I want you to know

that you can rely on grace alone

As I have to enter the pearly gates of heaven

At the end of my days

Please come together and pray

In prayer we must unite

all our bodily might

To see what God has for us in sight

At the end of days

May we be amazed 

At what the Lord has In store

For me throughout eternity

I will be looking from the other side of life

and watching your every step

Too see your steps turn out right

in my God's timely sight

I have praised God every day of my life

Hoping to set things right

For my family to enter the pearly gates

On their Judgement day

For I have prepared 

at the end of my days

Very nice... and indeed, we hope we will be in balance when we pass... Knowing you are to pass is in a way a gift... For it allows you to get your ducks in a row... so to say. Most people are not offered the chance to get in grace before they pass. I enjoyed this.

Death seems to wipe the slates, as such, I feel and brings said unity, I only wish it could do so while we are alive also...emotional write and articulated with insight..blessings...
